Arsenal make final transfer decision for January

Arsenal have no plans of bringing in players during the ongoing winter transfer window.

The Gunners have had a good Premier League campaign thus far and they are currently seven points clear of Manchester City and Aston Villa at the top of the standings after 22 games.

The north London giants have barely put a foot wrong in the English top-flight and they have likewise excelled in every other competition including the Champions League.

Amidst this, the hierarchy have decided against reshaping their squad with a new acquisition and could wait until the summer transfer window to bring in fresh recruits once more.

Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi was linked with the Gunners earlier this month before he agreed to join Manchester City. Arsenal only preferred to land him on a free transfer next summer.

Arsenal are likely to recruit a marquee left winger and possibly another striker later this year. Newcastle United star Anthony Gordon is one of the top names on their radar.
