'In our hands': Mikel Arteta sends defiant message after Arsenal loss vs Man City

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has emphasised that the Gunners still have their Premier League title destiny in their own hands despite the 2-1 defeat at Manchester City.
The Gunners suffered a second straight league defeat after a 2-1 loss to the Cityzens on the road. Erling Haaland scored the winner for the Cityzens shortly after the hour mark.
Arsenal tried to find the equaliser, but it was not meant to be. Despite this, there were positives to carry forward. The Gunners had some big chances to score a second goal at the Etihad.
Speaking after the game, Arteta said that the club have full belief that they can still go on to win the Premier League title this campaign.
He said: "We have full belief that we can do it. Today we showed again the team that we are. It's in our hands and it's there for the taking."
Arsenal host Newcastle United in their league next game.
