Traore joins Rennes

Djimi Traore is joining Rennes from Portsmouth in a £250,000 deal after a loan spell there.

The former Liverpool player has been playing for Rennes since January 2008 after moving from Portsmouth on a loan deal.

Rennes have confirmed that they want to buy the player and has agreed on a £250,000 deal with Portsmouth.
