Barcelona want to pay just £13m for Man Utd star

Barcelona are prepared to pay just £13 million to sign Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford on a permanent basis this summer, according to The Daily Mail.

The England international spent the 2025/26 season on loan at the Blaugrana, where he was impressive, scoring 14 goals and providing 14 assists in just 2,600 minutes.

Barcelona have the option to buy him for £26 million, but they are willing to pay just half of that, considering Rashford's hefty wages of £325,000 per week next term.

This could open the door for alternative options and it is claimed that Arsenal and Aston Villa could emerge as contenders for the Red Devils' graduate.

That also would depend on a pay cut or a pay-off from the Red Devils in order to accept a salary reduction to join a Premier League rival this summer.

Rashford is determined to rejoin the Spanish champions, but has not ruled out the prospect of joining another Premier League club if a deal can't be finalised.
