Chelsea enter race to sign Nottingham Forest playmaker

Chelsea have joined Manchester United and Aston Villa in the pursuit of Nottingham Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White this summer, according to The Daily Mail.
The Blues are expected to strengthen multiple positions under new manager Xabi Alonso, and an attacking player could be signed. It is now claimed that Gibbs-White is on the Blues' radar, but his position is well occupied at the current point in time.
Chelsea have utilised Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez and Joao Pedro from the number 10 role over the last year. Palmer and Fernandez have been the regular options under different managers.
Fernandez has been linked with a possible exit from the west London giants, but there are no proposals at the moment. With his exit looking unlikely, Chelsea may not pursue a deal for Gibbs-White.
United face the same situation with Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount in their squad. Villa could make a move, however, if Morgan Rogers were to join Arsenal in the coming weeks.
