Man Utd interested in signing 23yo Real Madrid star

Manchester United have expressed an interest in signing Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, according to journalist Miguel Serrano.

The Red Devils have already sealed a verbal agreement to land Atalanta star Ederson, but they are aiming for at least another midfield acquisition.

It has now been revealed that Camavinga could be on the move this summer, after being told he does not feature in manager Jose Mourinho's plans.

The Frenchman prefers a move to a Premier League 'Big Six' apart from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

United have already made contact with the player's entourage, and it remains to be seen whether they make a formal approach to Los Blancos for him.

The midfielder is reluctant to leave Madrid but may eventually do so, with the club eyeing a replacement on Mourinho's recommendation.

Madrid are prepared to sanction his sale for around £52 million, but the 23-year-old could be available for a lower fixed fee with some add-ons.
