Gera signs for Fulham
Zoltan Gera has finally decided on his next destination, and he has decided to leave newly promoted WBA and join Fulham and Roy Hodgson. West Brom were keen to keep the midfielder at the club.
However, the Hungarian has decided to seek pastures new, and has signed a three year deal at Fulham.
WBA were understandably very upset on losing out on keeping Gera.
"Having offered Zoltan the best contract the club could at this time, we could do no more," Mowbray said on the official Albion website.
"We would like to wish Zoltan all the best in his future career.
"Everyone at appreciated his professionalism on and off the field.
"But football moves on and, just as we did last summer, we are looking forward to the challenge of finding new faces to strengthen the squad for the season ahead."
