Man Utd want permanent sale of 25yo striker

Manchester United are prepared to part ways with striker Joshua Zirkzee permanently when the transfer window reopens this winter.
The 25-year-old was touted to leave the Red Devils throughout the last transfer window, but a suitable offer did not come to the table.
Juventus, Fiorentina and Napoli were linked with him, but the trio proposed loan deals with an option to buy at the end of the campaign.
Everton did make a loan proposal with a conditional buy clause before the deadline, but United had no time to land a replacement.
The Toffees could try again for the Dutchman at the turn of the year, and United seem prepared to accept a cut-price fee for a sale.
Crystal Palace's Jean-Philippe Mateta has been heavily linked with United, and he is reportedly open to joining the club this winter.
He could be brought in as a replacement for Zirkzee, who has yet to start a Premier League match for the Red Devils this season.
