Tottenham to sign Gomes

PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Huerelho Gomes has admitted he would be interested in signing for Tottenham, and there have been reports from Holland that the goalkeeper is set to join Spurs.

Juande Ramos is on the look out for a long term goalkeeping solution after Paul Robinson's future at Tottenham looked bleak after being dropped regularly last season.

Now Tottenham are closing in on an estimated £8 million move for the Brazilian international.
