Sulejmani joins Ajax

Miralem Sulejmani has completed his shocking move from Heerenveen to Ajax. The Amsterdam giants have paid 16.25 million Euros to land the talented forward.

Sulejmani had been persistently linked with a move away from the Eredivisie, but has decided his future will be in Holland.

'We have a deal with the player, correct,' Ajax technical director Danny Blind told Voetbal International on Thursday.

'It's now a case of the clubs coming to an agreement. Those negotiations are still under way.'
