Barca agree Hleb deal

FC Barcelona have struck a deal with Arsenal over midfielder Aleksandr Hleb. The Belarusian international medio is said to fly over to Barcelona in the coming days for his medical.

Hleb was slated to leave the Emirates at the end of last season after it was revealed that he was no longer happy at a club that failed to win silverware.

Both Barcelona and Inter Milan were said to be clubs keen on signing the world class attacking midfielder and it has now emerged that the Blaugranas are the club who get to sign Hleb.

Barca and Arsenal have now converged on a deal for the player. The transfer fee has not been disclosed yet but it is clear that the player shall fly over to athe Catalan capital in the coming days to finalize the deal.
