Boro want Aloisi solution?

Middlesbrough could make a move for out-of-contract Australian striker John Aloisi to help ease their striker problems. Gareth Southgate has had Tuncay and Mido injury problems of late.

The player has most recently been at Alaves and is currently out of contract.

The striker has also played for Portsmouth, Coventry and Osasuna, and has represented Australia over 50 times.
