Spurs eye Lassana Diarra

Tottenham are apparently interested in signing Portsmouth midfielder Lassana Diarra. The former Chelsea and Arsenal player is one of the top players on Harry Redknapp's January shopping list.

Diarra could be allowed to leave for a cut price £7 million in January, as Tony Adams has already said he doesn't want to keep any players that are unhappy.

Diarra has a reputation of becoming quickly unhappy in his surroundings, and a move to Tottenham could now link the player up with his former Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp again.
