Wolves chasing Josemi

Newly promoted Premiership side Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in Mallorca defender Josemi. The former Liverpool man has had an impressive maiden season with the Islanders.

It is understood that Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is ready to spend up to £2 million to bring the 29 year old defender back to England.

Josemi didn't ever fully fulfil his ambitions in his last visit to the Premiership, and will be keen to try again in England.

It is understood that there are several other clubs interested in the player, including Real Zaragoza and Valladolid.
