West Ham vs Arsenal: preview

Freddie Ljungberg's West Ham take on his old club Arsenal in a game where the Hammers will be keen to see an end to Arsenal's undefeated start to the beginning of the season. West Ham too have started well this year, but a Cesc Fabregas inspired Arsenal continue to impress.
The Hammers seem to have put the memory of a torrid campaign last time around behind them, only a defeat to Newcastle last weekend preventing them from going second in the Premiership.
Having strengthened their squad during the summer, West Ham seem likely to meet the expectations of the board, and Fredrik Ljungberg has joined on the pretence that the Irons could make UEFA Cup football this year.
This looks a difficult game for Arsenal, who will be eager to impress and cause a Premiership shock. If West Ham can provide a steely determination against Arsenal, they could easily shock the high flyers.
Arsenal will be keen to stay in touch in the league, or maybe extend their 4 point lead at the top.
This Arsenal team is displaying absolute confidence. Can the youngsters continue to impress?
West Ham Squad: Wright, Green, Neill, Ferdinand, Upson, Gabbidon, McCartney, Bowyer, Mullins, Noble, Etherington, Ashton, Cole, Pantsil, Collins, Spector, Ljungberg, Parker, Boa Morte, Davenport, Reid, Bellamy.
Arsenal Squad:Almunia, Sagna, Toure, Senderos, Clichy, Hleb, Fabregas, Flamini, Diaby, Adebayor, van Persie, Fabianski, Gilberto, Eboue, Diarra, Denilson, Hoyte, Bendtner
