Grafite to AC Milan?

The Bundesliga winning season of Wolfsburg shocked most of Europe, and highlighted some of the qualities of their under rated stars. Grafite finished the season as top scorer, and now AC Milan are ready to lodge a formal offer for the Brazilian.

The 29 year old striker, formerly of French side Le Mans, is being tracked by some of the continent's biggest clubs, but none quite as big as AC Milan.

Grafite forged a stunning partnership up front with Edin Dzeko, who is being chased by Newcastle, and now AC Milan are ready to offer £10 million for the Brazilian forward.
