West Ham chasing Juninho?

Juninho Pernambucambo is a target for West Ham United. The Brazilian midfielder, one of main reasons for the domestic success of Lyon over the last eight years, has told the club that he is ready to quit and is looking for a move to the Premiership.

However, West Ham will have to do battle with Tottenham and Sunderland for the signature of the creative midfielder. Juninho is a well-rounded player, capable of playing in a defensive central midfield role, or more attacking.

Known for his flashes of brilliance and for being a free kick specialist, the Brazilian would be a major coup for West Ham should they lure the player to the club.
