Blackburn to bolster attack
Sam Allardyce has decided to add depth to his attacking department, and has signed young Croatian, Nikola Kalinic, and Chelsea youngster Franco Di Santo.
Blackburn Rovers have secured the signing of Croatian striker, Nikola Kalinic, from Hajduk Split. The deal could cost Blackburn up to £12m, as informed in Hajduk Split official website.
Di Santo has been signed on a six month loan deal, which would end in January, but, Rovers has first option to extend the deal until the end of the season if Chelsea agree.
The 21-year old striker had been in the radars of Portsmouth, but, Allardyce prized the young talent away from them. Rovers had sold Roque Santa Cruz to Man City earlier, which has given them enough fund to buy Kalinic.
