Keisuke Honda to West Ham?

Keisuke Honda is a transfer target for Gianfranco Zola, according to reports. The Japanese midfielder is believed to be out of contract next summer, and now the Hammers are set to make an offer to prize away the Japanese international early.
Honda has played for Grampus Eight prior to making a move to Holland for VVV, and many of the Premiership's biggest clubs including Liverpool and Everton are monitoring the left midfielder.
West Ham will offer around £4 million to lure the player to England. It is believed he will not require a work permit as he has already represented his national team in more than 70percent of their most recent games.
