Lyon land Dejan Lovren

Lyon have completed the signing of Croatian defender Dejan Lovren from Dinamo Zagreb. The player signs for the club for a fee in the region of £9 million.

Lovren had been linked with a move to Tottenham only two days ago, but the French club have won the battle for his signature.

The centre back has two international caps to his name and is regarded by many to be one of the hottest prospects in Croatian football.
