Hamsik open to AC Milan switch
Napoli's star midfielder Marek Hamsik has admitted for the first time that he would consider a move away from Naples, and that AC Milan would be his preferred destination. Arsenal have also been linked with the player should Cesc Fabregas leave.
"It would be a professional development, so I cannot promise Napoli anything," he told Gazetta dello Sport. "They [Milan] are one of the most successful clubs in the world."
AC Milan would have to offer a figure in the region of £25m to bring the player to the San Siro.
