Juventus have secured a deal to sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid for a reported 20 million euros. The highly rated striker joined the 'Old Lady' today, penning a bumper four year contract in the process.
Numerous teams have been linked with a transfer for Morata but Real Madrid clung on to the Spanish under-21 international for as long as possible. Premier League side Arsenal were also amongst the teams reportedly tracking Morata.
However, Juventus have won the race and the forward will link up with his new team mates in Turin next week.
The player has signed a 5 year deal and Real Madrid have the option to buy Morata back for 30 million euros in 2016 or 2017.
