Nathaniel Clyne to have Liverpool medical

Nathaniel Clyne will undergo a medical at Liverpool ahead of his £12.5m switch to the club this summer.

The Reds have been chasing the defender's signature over the past month, and has now sealed a deal to land his signature.

Widespread reports cite that the England international will have a medical at Merseyside on Monday ahead of his proposed switch to the Reds.

Clyne was allowed to leave Southampton following the capture of the signature of Cedric Soares from Sporting Lisbon.
