Man City to land Kevin De Bruyne?
Manchester City could start their spending spree with the signing of Wolfsburg's Kevin De Bruyne.
The Belgian international has stated his desire to make a switch back to the Premier League with a top club other than Chelsea.
De Bruyne has impressed since his switch away from the Blues in January 2014, and this has attracted interest from the Citizens.
According to The Telegraph, City boss Manuel Pellegrini has been offered a transfer kitty in excess of £100m this summer.
It is added that former Chelsea man De Bruyne remains the club's top target for the transfer window.
City are also keen on Aston Villa's Fabian Delph and Liverpool's Raheem Sterling.
