Eden Hazard agrees Real Madrid transfer
Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard is reported to have finalized personal terms over a move to Real Madrid in the summer.
The Belgian international has been in stunning form for the Premier League leaders this season with his 11 goals helping them clinch a 10-point lead over second-placed Tottenham Hotspur in the league standings.
Recent speculation suggested that the Blues could fend off interest from the European champions with the club's hierarchy willing to offer him a long-term deal on a significant wage rise.
However, there appears to be a twist to the story, with the Star reporting that the player has already found a house to move into ahead of his switch to the Spanish capital.
Compatriot Thibaut Courtois had helped the attacker in the house-hunting process, and it would not be a surprise if the goalkeeper himself accepts a move to Los Blancos this summer.
As for now, Real Madrid are yet to lodge a formal approach for the player despite claims that he has settled a financial package with the La Liga outfit.
