West Ham ace on Chelsea shortlist
Manuel Lanzini has emerged as a potential transfer target for Premier League holders Chelsea ahead of this summer's transfer window.
The 24-year-old contributed eight goals and two assists for West Ham United during the recently concluded Premier League campaign, and his performances have been rewarded with a maiden call-up to the Argentine national side.
Lanzini has been linked with moves to the likes of Everton and Liverpool in recent weeks, and according to The Sun, the attacker is now a shock target for the English champions.
Blues boss Antonio Conte does have plenty of options to utilise in his squad, but he is still on the look out for attacking recruits with Cesc Fabregas, in particular, mulling over his future.
The former Arsenal man is currently the subject of interest from AC Milan, and he could push for a potential exit after having been restricted to first-team action for two-thirds of the season.
Chelsea will look to celebrate a domestic double this weekend when they take on London rivals Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
