Juventus step up interest in signing Manchester City star
Juventus have reportedly identified Gabriel Jesus as the prime target to strengthen the centre-forward department in the summer.
The Bianconeri have been regularly linked with a move for Jesus in recent weeks but the forward has insisted that he is clearly happy at the Etihad.
Still, the speculation continues to exist and according to Metro, the Turin giants had recently watched him in Premier League action against West Ham United.
Jesus was guilty of squandering two clear-cut chances during that game but the Bianconeri are said to have been impressed with his movement behind the Hammers backline.
The Serie A holders are looking to sign a young striker with more mobility this summer as they seek to find a replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, whose form has dropped during the backend of the campaign.
The Argentine has contributed just two goals since the turn of the year for the Bianconeri. He has not scored for them in any of the previous eight matches in all competitions.
