Predicted Man United XI vs Derby County

Manchester United are set to face Derby County on the road in tonight's FA Cup fifth round tie.

The Red Devils go into the game in a good run of form, having remained unbeaten in the past nine matches in all competitions.

Predicted Lineup:

Sergio Romero is expected to start in goal. The Argentine has played deputy to David de Gea for the league duties but he remains the regular choice for the Cup competitions.

In the defence, there should be changes in the full-back spots with Diogo Dalot and Brandon Williams replacing Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw respectively.

At the heart of the backline, Eric Bailly may replace Victor Lindelof. He should be accompanied by club-captain Harry Maguire, who has been a constant in the central defence regardless of the competition.

In the midfield, Nemanja Matic and Fred could be the likely choices for the Cup tie. Scott McTominay may be left out on the bench, having recently started back-to-back matches after his recovery from a knee ligament damage.

Further forward, Andreas Pereira, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata may get opportunities from the starting XI. The likes of Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial may be restricted to bench roles ahead of the weekend's Manchester derby.

Upfront, Odion Ighalo should make his second start for the Red Devils. The Nigerian has already made his impression with a goal against Club Brugge and he will be hoping to find the back of the net at Pride Park to ensure the club's progress to the quarter-final stage.
