Former Arsenal and Birmingham midfielder Alexander Hleb has made a move to Wolfsburg on loan for the 2011/2012 season.

The Belarus international was believed to be in talks with a number of Premier League clubs regarding a return to England, but has instead decided to swap Barcelona for Germany and links up with Wolfsburg.



Wolfsburg reportedly have first option on a permanent transfer when his loan deal ends next summer.
