Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has clarified that midfielder Declan Rice is fine after his early substitution against Hull City in the Premier League.
The Gunners made it five league wins on the bounce after a 1-0 victory over the Tigers at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
The victory has sent them six points clear at the top of the table, and the club look in a strong position to defend their title.
Against Hull, Rice was subbed off shortly after the hour mark, and there were suggestions that he may have picked up a niggle.
However, Arteta clarified after the game that the Englishman was completely fine, and the decision was more tactical, with Arsenal pushing for a goal.
Martin Odegaard's solitary goal from close range sealed the victory and Arsenal will aim to continue the momentum after the international break.
The Gunners will be away to Newcastle United when the season resumes. William Saliba is likely to make his first appearance of the campaign after his back injury.
