Russian rich boys Anzhi Makhachkala are reported to have offered Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho a bumper deal to get him to the Russian Premier League.
After the addition of Yuri Zhirkov and Samuel Eto'o in the summer, and a rejected bid for Porto star Hulk reported to be over â¬75 million, Anzhi Makhachkala seem to be leaving no stone unturned to ensure their on-field success.
A report by Sport claims that Mourinho is considered the top candidate to become manager, and billionaire owner Suleyman Kerimov will provide the necessary funds.
Anzhi recently sacked their coach Gadzhi Gadzhiyev and made left back Roberto Carlos caretaker manager. Fabio Capello is said to be another name linked to the job, with Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard supposed January transfer targets.
