FA not looking for Capello replacement

06 October 2011 - 00:28

FA chairman David Bernstein has not yet started looking for a replacement for Fabio Capello, who is stepping down from his job next summer.

  • Chelsea set to sign Crystal Palace star for £47m
  • Man Utd aiming to beat Liverpool to 25yo midfielder
  • Bernstein said: "It is not something on our agenda at the moment.

"We are completely behind Fabio. You cannot be half-pregnant with these things."

Arsene Wenger had been linked with the role yesterday, whilst Harry Redknapp appears to be the favorite to take the role once that it becomes available.
