Newcastle setup new bid for Ravel Morrison

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has contacted Alex Ferguson and made a renewed offer for 18 year old midfielder Ravel Morrison. The highly rated Man Utd youngster is being courted by a number of the Premier League's biggest sides.

Morrison is valued at around 1 million GBP, and Newcastle will have to at least double their initial 400,000 GBP offer to have any chance of securing the 18-year-old's coveted signature.<br />

Tottenham and Arsenal are both reportedly interested in Morrison, too, but Newcastle are believed to be frontrunners in the race to complete his signing.<br />

Advisors for Morrison think that a move to Newcastle would be more beneficial at this early stage of his football development.
