Newcastle setup new bid for Ravel Morrison

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has contacted Alex Ferguson and made a renewed offer for 18 year old midfielder Ravel Morrison. The highly rated Man Utd youngster is being courted by a number of the Premier League's biggest sides.

Morrison is valued at around 1 million GBP, and Newcastle will have to at least double their initial 400,000 GBP offer to have any chance of securing the 18-year-old's coveted signature.


Tottenham and Arsenal are both reportedly interested in Morrison, too, but Newcastle are believed to be frontrunners in the race to complete his signing.


Advisors for Morrison think that a move to Newcastle would be more beneficial at this early stage of his football development.
