Tottenham midfielder Gareth Bale is not injured and out of action for three weeks, Harry Redknapp confirmed. There were reports the Welshman would face 3 weeks out on the sidelines.

The midfielder, who has scored nine goals already this year, missed Wales' international friendly with Costa Rica in midweek.<br />

But Redknapp is confident Bale will return for the match against Manchester United this weekend.<br />

"That's absolutely a million miles wrong," Redknapp said. "He hasn't even got a tear in his hamstring. It's just a little bit tight but it should be okay. It shouldn't be a problem. We will have to wait and see how he is. Hopefully he should be okay [for United]."
