Wigan chairman David Whelan thinks that Liverpool's owners Fenway may have already offered the vacant Reds job to Roberto Martinez. The Spaniard is currently in Miami discussing a potential move to Anfield.
Whelan suspects that Martinez may already have received an offer from Liverpool to take over from Kenny Dalglish.<br />
"He had a meeting on Thursday with the owner of Liverpool in Miami," Whelan told BBC Sport. "I think they have made some kind of offer.<br />
"They will speak again on Tuesday. I've said I want a decision by Thursday."
