Skrtel could quit Liverpool this summer

Despite Brendan Rodgers telling the Slovakian that he wants to keep him at the club, it appears that the 28-year-old Skrtel is considering his options. The defender is no longer first choice at Anfield.

"I have not had any specific offers but, if some should come and they interest me, I would probably ponder it seriously," said Skrtel.<br />

Rodgers is close to agreeing a deal to sign Kolo Toure on a free transfer, whilst Jamie Carragher has since retired,&nbsp;Kyriakos Papadopoulos remains a serious option as well.<br />

Skrtel's future remains in some doubt and other Premier League clubs including Tottenham are reportedly interested.
