Iago Aspas to complete Liverpool move

Liverpool and Celta Vigo have agreed a £7.7 million fee to complete a move for Spanish forward Iago Aspas, and the player is expected to wrap up a deal and agree personal terms by this weekend.

The 25-year-old had been linked with a move to Swansea City but Liverpool have won the race for his signature.<br />

Aspas is currently in Liverpool undergoing a medical with the club, and the arrival of Aspas could put a huge question mark over the long term future of striker Luis Suarez; who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.<br />

The forward scored 23 goals in 35 games in the Segunda Liga last year.
