The New Napoli manager Rafa Benitez has confessed that the coveted striker Edinson Cavani will leave if the club receive an "overwhelming offer" for the Uruguayan Star.
The Uruguayan International is desired by both Chelsea and Manchester United but the Serie A club are keen to keep hold of their top striker if they can.
According to media reports, the Red Devils have made £53m bid to price away Cavani from Chelsea while Real Madrid are also having a look at the 26-year-old's situation.
If Napoli receive an offer worthy of accepting which would meet Cavani's £54m release clause then he will be on his way out.
Benitez told the Corriere dello Sport: "We want Cavani to stay at Napoli.
"We would be really happy if that's how it works out. If he leaves then it would only be because someone has matched the release clause or comes up with an irresistible offer.
"Cavani knows how much he is loved and how valuable he is to the city and to the team."
Cavani wants an astonishing £300,000-a-week from whoever secures his signature which would be a stumbling block based on the new Fair Play rules.
