The French International Adil Rami signed for La Liga side Valencia during the 2011/12 winter transfer window, and had a number of excellent performances at the Mestalla.<br />

According to reports from Spanish newspaper Marca, the French International is unhappy with his current club and wishes to make a switch to a club with higher ambitions.<br />

Arsenal are monitoring the player's situation , as reports suggest that Rami could be available for £7.75m. Premier League rivals Manchester City are also keeping an eye on the French star.<br />

The fee for the defender would be much affordable compared to what Swansea City are asking for their captain Ashley Williams. It will be interesting to see where Rami ends up considering the number of French International compatriots present in the Arsenal squad.
