Manchester United have already had their latest offer for the Barcelona playmaker rejected but their new boss continues to be hopeful about signing him.&nbsp;<br />

Speaking at a press conference in Japan, Moyes said: "It is still ongoing."<br />

Barcelona have maintained throughout that the Spain midfielder is not for sale and it is believed that Fabregas is not keen on making a return to the Premier League.<br />

However, after losing out on their earlier targets of Thiago Alcantara and Kevin Strootman, United remain adamant about bringing the former Arsenal captain to Old Trafford this summer.
