Arsenal win against Fulham

Arsenal grabbed their first league win of the season by beating a lacklustre Fulham side at Craven Cottage, by 3 goals to 1.

  • The gunners led in the first half through Olivier Giroud's 14th minute strike, with Lukas Podolski doubling the lead 4 minutes from half time with a shot from 18 yards and continued his club's pounding with another strike on 68 minutes.



    Summer loan signing Darren Bent pulled one back for the home side late on in the game from close range.



    Arsenal's only summer signing Yaya Sanogo made his competitive debut in the game, coming on as an 81st minute substitute for goalscorer Podolski.
