Tottenham have made an approach for Man Utd striker Javier Hernandez. The Mexican striker is currently out of favour at Old Trafford, playing third choice striker behind Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney.
The Mexican international has struggled to dislodge Van Persie from United's first team and Tottenham are poised to make a sensational offer for the striker.<br />
Tottenham are ready to pay up to £15m to land the striker. The player is valued at approximately £20m by United and Andre Villas-Boas and director of football Franco Baldini are ready to work up until transfer deadline day to force through a transfer for the Mexican forward.
