Atsu undergoing medical ahead of his move to Chelsea

The 21 year old has been rumored to be in talks with the Premier League heavyweights and Sky sources reveal that he is now undergoing a medical at the club. The winger has already agreed personal terms with the Blues and the annoucement is likely to be made early tomorrow morning.<br />

However, the young Ghanaian midfielder is set for a season long loan move to Vitesse Arnhem as soon as the transfer goes through.<br />

Former Wigan winger Victor Moses is also set for an exit from Stamford Bridge this summer after having been told that he is surplus to requirements by Jose Mourinho.&nbsp;<br />

West Brom boss Steve Clark is believed to have expressed interest in the winger and a deal is likely to be struck in the final hours of the transfer window.
