Chelsea scouts have been monitoring young midfielder Oliver Torres, who currently plays for Atletico Madrid. The Blues' scouting network has identified the 18-year-old as a hot prospect for the future and could make an initial offer of 2 million Euros for the player.
Oliver has recently forced his way into Atletico Madrid's first team side having spent most of last year in the B team. The midfielder has represented Spain across all international levels except his country's full national side, but it is widely expected that one day the player will be representing his home country.<br />
Chelsea's manager Jose Mourinho has personally watched videos of the young Torres and is ready to make a bid for the player next summer.
