Manchester United are keeping an eye on Southampton youngster James Ward-Prowse, with a view of making an enquiry for the player during New Year.
The 19-year-old starlet has been impressive for the Saints this season, and has played a key part to the club's current position in the Premier League table.
Reports suggest that manager David Moyes may be tempted in making an enquiry for the player's status during the upcoming transfer window, with the club keen on bringing a new winger to the club, following the lacklustre performances from the likes of Ashley Young and Nani so far this season.
United have also been linked with a move for Angel Di Maria and Alexis Sanchez, but the signing of James Ward-Prowse looks the likely outcome, with the player regarded as a star for the future.
