Tottenham are reportedly in the hunt for the signature of Roma defender Dodo in the winter transfer window.

The North London outfit have had a good relationship with the high flying Italian outfit, having signed Argentine International Erik Lamela from the Capital side during the summer.<br />

Reports in Italy suggest that Spurs will make a move to sign Dodo in January, with Danny Rose just returning to full fitness and Jan Vertonghen out for the year.<br />

Tottenham's technical director Franco Baldini is understood to be working hard behind the scenes to seal the full-back's signature during the January transfer window.
