Arsenal have reportedly made an enquiry about the availability of Porto striker Jackson Martinez, according to The Daily Mail.
The Gunners manager is keen on bolstering his attack in the winter transfer window, as fears about burnout persist on French International Olivier Giroud, with the likes of Theo Walcott and Nicklas Bendtner sidelined with injuries.
The Daily Mail reports that Arsenal have contacted the Primera Liga giants to check on the Colombian international's situation, with the North London club having just one back-up centre-forward in Lukas Podolski in their ranks.
Martinez, who joined Porto from Chiapas FC in 2012, currently has a release clause of around £32m.
