Juventus star Sebastian Giovinco, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal for over three years, will not be joining the Gunners in the January transfer window after the player's agent ruled out an imminent transfer to London.
The 26-year-old has long been a target for Arsene Wenger and almost very nearly joined the Gunners two years ago after Arsenal agreed a reported 9 million Euro bid. However, Giovinco's agent Claudio Pasqualin has categorically ruled out a move to the Gunners in January.
"Giovinco and Arsenal? There is a request for information, but nothing beyond that," he said.
"It is probable that Sebastian will stay at Juventus. It's nice that there are interests of this type, but that is how it is likely to remain."
