Gerard Pique is one of the defenders on the list of European champions Bayern Munich. The defender played under current Bayern boss Pep Guardiola when he was in charge of Barcelona.
Along with Pique the Germans are also keeping an eye on Thiago Silva of Paris Saint-Germain and David Luiz of Chelsea.
Any move however is not likely to happen till the summer and it is likely to cost Bayern anywhere between €36m and €40m.
Since returning to La Blaugrana from Manchester United the 26 year old has made more than 150 league appearances for the club.
